Market Tracker documentation

How to use Native Base Market Tracker: the Carriers grid, Carrier File, Leads, Watch List, Book, Trends, team seats, billing and the MCP connector.

Native Base Market Tracker is FMCSA carrier data for commercial trucking insurance teams. It has six tabs. Each one answers a different question:

  • Carriers: who is out there, and which of them look worth a call.
  • Leads: who needs coverage right now.
  • Carrier File: everything known about one USDOT.
  • Watch List: what changed on the carriers you are tracking.
  • Book: how your own book of business looks against live federal data.
  • Trends: how big a segment is, before you work it.

If you have just been given a seat, start with Getting started with Market Tracker. If you are deciding whether to buy one, Plans, seats and what's included covers what a subscription gets you.

Unfamiliar term on screen? The glossary defines every one the interface uses. Sizing a segment before you work it is Trends.

Looking for background rather than instructions? The guides cover the underlying subject matter: what an X-date is, how CSA scores work, how to verify a carrier's insurance.
