Work queue and renewal desk
Assign, snooze and close the tasks Market Tracker raises against your book, work the renewal pipeline, and generate a loss-run request for a client.
Monitoring your Book raises tasks. Your queue is where they get worked: assigned, snoozed, or closed.

#The three tabs
| Tab | Shows |
|---|---|
Mine | Assigned to you |
Unassigned | Raised, nobody owns them |
Everything | The whole team's queue |
With nothing assigned to you, Mine reads Nothing assigned to you. and offers See the team's {n} open →. Check Unassigned before assuming the queue is empty.
#Working a task
- Assign it to yourself or a teammate.
- Snooze it. Snoozed tasks show Come back in with the interval, and return to the queue then.
- Close it once handled.
- Add an optional note: placeholder
Optional note….
Snoozing is the honest option for a task that is real but not actionable yet: a renewal ninety days out. Closing it would lose it.
#Renewal desk
Renewal desk is the renewal pipeline for your book: which accounts are up, in what order. It is driven by the dates in your imported book where you have them, and by Market Tracker's estimates where you do not.
#Loss-run request
Loss-run request generates a loss-run request letter for a client from the record already on file, so it does not have to be retyped for each account.
The same generator exists publicly, one carrier at a time and without an account, as the loss run request generator.
