Exporting to CSV and Excel

Export ▾ above the grid downloads the current result set: every carrier matching your filters, not just the page you are looking at. Two formats, with different caps.

While a file is being prepared the button reads Exporting….

#Caps

CSV takes far more rows than Excel. If your result set is larger than the Excel cap and you need all of it, use CSV. The exact numbers are in Limits and caps.

#The hourly limit

Exports are limited per user per hour. Hitting it returns:

Export limit reached (10/hour). Try again in a bit.

The count is taken from exports actually recorded, so it survives a page reload: reloading does not reset it.

#Demo accounts

On a demo account the menu items read differently (CSV (first N rows) and Excel (first N rows)), and a banner above the grid explains the cap:

This is expected on a demo account: your export includes the first N rows, not the full result set. Switch to a paid plan to download everything.

That banner is specific to demo accounts. On a paid seat you get the full result set within the format caps.

#If an export fails

A failure shows Export failed. The usual causes are a very large result set timing out, or the hourly limit. Narrowing the filters and retrying resolves most cases; see Troubleshooting.
