Plans, seats and what's included
What a Market Tracker seat includes, how the 7-day trial is earned, which tabs need which entitlement, and what happens to access when a subscription lapses.
Market Tracker is sold per seat. One subscription covers every tab: Carriers, Leads, Carrier File, Watch List, Book and Trends. There is no feature-tier ladder: a seat is a seat. Current per-seat prices are on the pricing page.

Book, Watch List and Leads are bundled deliberately. They are not separately purchasable, because the Book holds data you imported yourself: it should not be possible to lose access to your own book while keeping the rest.
#Signed in without a subscription
Every tab still appears in the navigation. Opening one shows the subscribe screen and loads no data. Two pages stay reachable regardless: Subscription & billing and Team.
#The free trial
There is a 7-day trial with a card collected up front. It is not the default for every signup, it is attached to specific entry points: the free tools, the MCP connector, the public carrier directory, the comparison pages, and shared trial links. A signup that arrives without one of those tags goes straight to the regular subscribe screen.
One trial per team, ever. A team that has previously subscribed does not get another.
Limit
Exact trial length and per-seat prices are set in code and can change. The prices shown on the pricing page are authoritative.
#Seats and teams
Seats are managed by the team owner or an admin under Team. Adding a teammate adds a seat and changes what you are billed. See Team and seats.
#When a subscription ends
Cancelling sets the plan to end at the close of the current billing period. Until that date, nothing changes: full access, and the daily digests keep arriving. After it:
- the tabs show the subscribe screen again
- Watch List and Book monitoring stop being scanned, so the daily emails stop
- your saved views, watch list and imported book are not deleted
