Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and Alfabolt FZE LLC for the use of Native Base, Market Tracker, our free tools and our MCP connector. By creating an account or using the service you accept them.
1. Who you are contracting with
The service is provided by Alfabolt FZE LLC, registered in the United Arab Emirates (Business Center, SPC Freezone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates). "We" and "us" mean Alfabolt FZE LLC; "you" means the individual or organisation using the service. If you accept these terms on behalf of a company, you confirm you are authorised to bind it.
2. The service
Market Tracker provides search, monitoring and analysis over public U.S. motor carrier records, delivered through our web application, our free tools and our MCP connector for AI assistants. We may change, add or withdraw features over time; if we withdraw something material to a paid plan we will give you reasonable notice.
3. Accounts
You must give accurate registration details, keep your credentials secure, and are responsible for everything done under your account. Accounts are for named individuals: each person using Market Tracker needs their own seat, and credentials must not be shared. Tell us promptly at hello@nativebase.ai if you suspect unauthorised use.
4. Plans, trials and payment
Market Tracker is billed per seat at $99 per user per month, or $69 per user per month billed annually. Prices are in US dollars and exclude any taxes that may apply.
Some signups qualify for a 7-day trial that requires a payment method up front. Unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription starts automatically and the first charge is taken. Only one trial is available per organisation.
Subscriptions renew automatically for the same interval until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the app or by emailing us; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period and you keep access until then. Fees already paid are non-refundable except where the law requires otherwise. If payment fails we may suspend access until it is resolved.
Free accounts and free tools are subject to daily usage limits and to feature restrictions, which we may change. We describe the current limits in the product and on the connector page.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, bulk-extract, resell, redistribute or sublicense the index or any substantial part of it, or use it to build a competing dataset or product.
- Exceed the usage limits of your plan, or work around rate limits, metering or access controls (including by creating multiple accounts).
- Share seats or credentials with people who do not hold their own licence.
- Use contact details obtained through the service in a way that breaks marketing or telemarketing law, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act, state do-not-call rules and any equivalent law that applies to you. You are solely responsible for your own outreach and for maintaining your own suppression lists.
- Use the service to make decisions that unlawfully discriminate, or in any way that breaks applicable law or regulation.
- Attempt to breach, probe or disrupt the service, or access data that is not yours.
- Reverse engineer the service, or use automated means against it other than through our documented APIs and MCP connector.
We may suspend or terminate access for a breach of this section, and for serious or repeated breaches we may do so without notice.
6. Data accuracy: please read this
Market Tracker is built on public records published by third parties, principally the U.S. Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. We do not control those records and cannot guarantee they are accurate, complete or current. Government feeds change, lag, get restated and sometimes freeze.
Several figures we present are our own estimates, not official values. In particular our ISS estimate is a reconstruction of a published algorithm using public data and is not an official FMCSA ISS score, and our insurance renewal date (X-date) is inferred from filing history and is frequently approximate. We label estimates as such, including when confidence is low, and you should treat them as leads to verify rather than as facts.
The service is an information tool. It is not insurance, legal, financial or compliance advice, and it is not a consumer report: you must not use it as a factor in any decision about an individual consumer's eligibility for credit, insurance, employment or housing. You are responsible for independently verifying anything you rely on, and for any underwriting, pricing, regulatory or commercial decision you make.
7. Your content
You keep ownership of the files, lists and other content you submit. You grant us the licence needed to host and process it in order to provide the service, including sending documents you upload to our document-extraction provider. You confirm you have the right to submit what you submit.
8. Our intellectual property
We own the service, our software, our indexes and compilations, our derived scores and estimates, and our branding. Your subscription is a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service for your own business purposes for as long as it is paid up, and grants no other rights.
9. Availability
We work to keep the service available but do not promise uninterrupted operation. We may take it down for maintenance, and parts of it depend on third-party sources that can fail or change without warning. We do not commit to a specific uptime level unless we have agreed one with you in writing.
10. Disclaimers and liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, the service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement.
To the fullest extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, business or data. Our total liability arising out of or relating to these terms is capped at the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
11. Indemnity
You will indemnify us against claims, losses and reasonable costs arising from your use of the service in breach of these terms, from your outreach or marketing activity, or from content you submit.
12. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these terms, if required by law, or if we discontinue the service (in which case we will refund any prepaid fees covering the period after termination). On termination your licence ends; our data handling after that is described in the privacy policy.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. For material changes affecting paid accounts we will give notice by email or in the product before they take effect. Continuing to use the service after that means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates, and the parties submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. If any provision is unenforceable the rest continues to apply.
