Do you work with HawkSoft?
Yes. We run on top of HawkSoft and automate the repetitive service work around it — certificates, renewals, endorsements, and ACORD prep — pulling the data straight from the policy. Your CSRs keep working in HawkSoft exactly as they do now.
Do our CSRs have to change how they use HawkSoft?
No. There is nothing new to learn and no rip-and-replace. We automate the document prep, filing, and follow-up that happen around HawkSoft; the way your team uses the system stays the same.
Is this just AI? How do we trust it on a certificate?
We use LLMs where they earn their seat — parsing documents, drafting emails. We do not use them where a hallucinated limit could send a wrong COI. Your runbook lists what is AI vs. deterministic, and you approve every category.
