Claude and your AMS:
which ones actually connect.

The short answer: none of the six big agency management systems has a Claude connector yet. Each can be connected through a custom MCP server on its API, and how hard that is comes down to one question: will the vendor give you the keys? We checked each vendor’s own pages to find out.

What it takes, AMS by AMS

How every bridge works

The same three parts, whichever AMS you run

Access. An API key or license from the vendor. This is the slow part everywhere except NowCerts, and the part no developer can shortcut.

An MCP server. A small program that tells Claude which actions exist (find a client, read a policy, log a note) and makes the API calls. It runs either on a server added to Claude as a custom connector, or on the agency’s own machine beside Claude Desktop. Writes should always ask a person first.

A listener, if anything should happen on its own. Claude acts when asked or on a schedule. A new lead, a policy change or a cancellation only starts work if something outside Claude is watching: the AMS’s webhooks where they exist, polling where they don’t.

We build all three for agencies, or skip the chat window and build the workflow itself on top of the AMS. See what we automate on each AMS. Trucking agency? Our Market Tracker connector already puts FMCSA carrier data in Claude today.

FAQ

Claude and agency systems, answered.

Does any agency management system have a Claude connector?

Not as of October 2026. None of EZLynx, Applied Epic, AMS360, HawkSoft, NowCerts or QQCatalyst has an official Claude connector, and the few community MCP servers on GitHub are early, read-only or empty. Every working setup today is a custom bridge on the vendor’s API.

What is an MCP server?

The Model Context Protocol is how Claude talks to other software. An MCP server is a small program that lists the actions available in a system (find a client, read a policy, add a note) and performs them when Claude asks. Claude can use one as a custom connector on claude.ai or run it locally beside Claude Desktop.

Which AMS is easiest to connect to Claude?

NowCerts (now Momentum AMS). The agency turns on its own API without a partner program, and it sends webhooks for about 300 event types. HawkSoft documents its API openly but issues keys only to partners. EZLynx, Applied Epic, AMS360 and QQCatalyst all need a commercial agreement with the vendor first.

Can Claude watch my AMS and act when something changes?

Not on its own. Claude acts when someone asks it, or on a scheduled task’s clock. Reacting to a new lead or a cancellation needs a listener outside Claude, fed by the AMS’s webhooks where they exist (EZLynx, NowCerts) or by polling where they do not.

Can I connect Claude to my AMS without its API?

Only loosely. You can export a report to a spreadsheet and give it to Claude, which works for read-only questions and goes stale the next day. Screen automation is risky, and Vertafore’s terms prohibit robotic access to AMS360 outright.
