Does Claude work with NowCerts?
Not out of the box. There is no Claude connector for NowCerts or Momentum AMS. Because the NowCerts API is self-serve, a custom MCP server can connect them without a partner agreement.
Unlike most systems on this list, NowCerts lets the agency switch on its own API. An admin sets it up under Agency Profile, Configure API, and the API signs in as a NowCerts user, so the connector sees exactly what that user sees. Give it a dedicated integration user.
The catch is the plan. Third-party pricing summaries report that the entry tier has no API access and the middle tier caps the number of integrations, which a Claude bridge would count against. NowCerts’ own pricing page did not confirm this when we checked, so ask before you build.
Momentum’s AI (AI support, smart workflows, an AI receptionist through a partner, a renewal agent) is its own and does not mention MCP or Claude. What it does ship is the most open integration surface of the six:
This is the one system where a developer can start today. The bridge is an MCP server that tells Claude which NowCerts actions exist and calls the API when asked; a webhook receiver beside it handles the work nobody asks for.
Claude itself has one more limit on every AMS: it acts when someone asks, or on a scheduled task’s clock. It does not notice a new lead, a changed policy or a cancellation notice on its own. Anything that should happen because something changed in NowCerts needs a listener running outside Claude.
We are an engineering team that builds automation on top of the AMS an agency already runs. For NowCerts that means one of two things: we build and host the bridge above so your team can ask Claude about the book, or we skip the chat window and build the workflow itself, triggered by NowCerts events and checked by rules where a wrong number matters.
The first build is live in 14 days for $2,499, charged only if your team is using it, then $2,499 a month flat. You keep the code. More on what we automate on top of NowCerts.
Trucking agency? Our Market Tracker connector already works in Claude today: it answers carrier questions (filings, X-dates, safety, ISS) from the federal record, so the AMS bridge only has to carry your own book.
| Claude, no connector | Claude + a connector you build | NativeBase build | |
|---|---|---|---|
| Look up an insured or policy | No: copy and paste only | Yes | Yes |
| Create prospects and tasks | No | Yes, once you have mapped the write fields | Yes, already mapped |
| React to a change in NowCerts | No | Only with a webhook receiver you also build | Yes, from NowCerts webhooks |
| Access needed | None | Self-serve API on an eligible plan | The same; we set it up with you |
| Runs with nobody asking | No | Only on a scheduled task’s clock | Yes: triggered by NowCerts changes or your inbox, on our servers |
| Who keeps it working | Nothing to keep | Whoever built it | We do, and we get the alert before you |

Yes. NowCerts rebranded to Momentum, and the agency management system is now called Momentum AMS. The API still runs at api.nowcerts.com.
An agency admin turns it on under Agency Profile, Configure API, and the API signs in as a NowCerts user. Third-party pricing summaries say the entry plan has no API access and the middle plan caps integrations, so confirm your plan first.
Yes, for about 300 event types, sent to one URL the agency configures. Claude cannot receive them directly, so a small receiver has to catch them and start the work.
Yes, but it is private: you join through an invite link from Momentum’s support article, and Zapier access can lapse and need rejoining.
